The Brief

Kontenta is an online high-end furniture specialist and stockist on the Magento platform, who specialise in luxury furniture brands like Kartell and Alessi. Their traffic levels and conversion rates were less than ideal, so we helped form a digital strategy to rectify this.

Working on a month-by-month basis, we have helped them tweak and optimise their current website, solidifying their brand name, boosting site visits and conversions, as well as helping Kontenta’s internal team develop their online marketing and content strategy.

The nature of this highly competitive industry meant dedicated PPC campaigns were vital, so we set up and managed AdWords campaign as another avenue of promotion. With careful monitoring and ad keyword selection, we generated thousands of high quality visits to the site.


High volumes of products means a lot of loading. We used a combination of Magento’s built-in tools and some custom tweaks on the server to make sure that products load almost instantly. Less thumb twiddling means higher conversions.
